Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible to determine the scope of work in order to accurately develop an estimate and proposal for the client. Upon acceptance of the proposal the Project Manager will initiate a Kickoff meeting to coordinate engineering among all disciplines as required by the project. Primary function is to take the scope of work as determined and work with the project team to develop the designs, specifications, and internal work schedule for all disciplines. The Project Manager is responsible to set all required meetings as dictated by the SE Process, maintain all records as it relates to the project and maintain communication with the client.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, and administer a project from the conceptual stages through planning, engineering procurement, construction, and start-up.
- Supervise and coordinate the efforts of the staff to achieve client's established project objectives.
- Direct, coordinate, budget, scope and manage multi-discipline projects of any size, sometimes in parallel.
- Review and approve invoices to the client, as well as manage estimates, schedules, and reports being sent to the client.
- Maintain all records and documentation within the SE system.
- Prepare all transmittals for Project Delivery as required. Conduct all internal and external meetings as required by the SE Project Process and / or client request. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in one of the Engineering disciplines.
5- 8 years of related experience in project engineering or project management, or equivalent experience in one of the engineering disciplines with cross training in project execution.
Experience managing a project from inception to completion.
Ability to manage projects with tight deadlines.
Good oral and written communication skills required.
