We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Aspen Ventures. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
  • Lead a team of sales and event managers to drive sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, inventory management, and customer engagement
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Promote the hotel's brand and services through external partnerships and community engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in hotel sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
