Customer Service Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the integrity of the products being transported.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and care during transit.
• Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues encountered on the road.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including signatures and any discrepancies.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Courier or Delivery Driver with a strong understanding of route driving.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
