Canvas Manager
Aspen Home Improvements is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Door to Door Canvas Team Leader to oversee and manage a team of appointment generators.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven and motivated with the ability to build, train, motivate and lead a team to generate high-quality appointments and leads while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, achieving performance goals, and representing Aspen’s brand in a positive, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Recruitment and Training:
- Recruit, onboard, and train appointment generators.
- Conduct initial and ongoing training on products, promotions, and appointment-setting techniques.
- Provide hands-on coaching and role-playing sessions to enhance performance.
2. Team Management and Leadership:
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals for the team.
- Motivate and coach team members to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
3. Lead Generation and Event Execution:
- Oversee the team’s activities in the field and ensure they follow proper protocols.
- Monitor promotions and special events to maximize lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to implement promotional strategies and ensure smooth execution.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and monitor individual and team performance through lead metrics and conversion rates.
- Submit weekly reports on lead counts, appointment outcomes, and team progress.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
5. Quality Control:
- Conduct spot checks and audits to ensure consistent quality and professionalism.
- Ensure team members accurately represent Aspen’s products and promotions.
- Address any customer complaints or issues arising from promotional activities promptly.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in managing teams and door to door canvassing.
● Strong leadership and motivational skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
● Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
● Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM software).
