Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Recruitment and Training:
○ Hire and train new canvassers.
○ Teach product knowledge and canvassing techniques.
○ Run role-playing exercises to build confidence.
2. Team Management:
○ Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
○ Motivate and coach team members.
○ Hold regular meetings to review progress.
3. Lead Generation:
○ Manage canvassing routes and areas.
○ Ensure scripts are followed and company standards are met.
4. Performance Tracking:
○ Track individual and team performance.
○ Submit reports on leads and conversion rates.
○ Make improvements when needed.
5. Collaboration:
○ Work with marketing and sales teams to align goals.
○ Share feedback to improve marketing strategies.
6. Quality Control:
○ Conduct checks to ensure canvassers represent the company well.
