Manager to oversee and manage a team of appointment generators at BJ’s Wholesale Clubs.
The ideal candidate will lead and motivate the team to generate high-quality leads while
ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, achieving performance goals, and representing
Aspen’s brand in a positive, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Recruitment and Training:
○ Recruit, onboard, and train appointment generators.
○ Conduct initial and ongoing training on products, promotions, and appointment-
setting techniques.
○ Provide hands-on coaching and role-playing sessions to enhance performance.
2. Team Management and Leadership:
○ Set daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals for the team.
○ Motivate and coach team members to consistently meet or exceed targets.
○ Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and
strategies for improvement.
3. Lead Generation and Event Execution:
○ Oversee the team’s activities on the sales floor and ensure they follow proper
protocols.
○ Monitor promotions and special events within BJ’s to maximize lead generation.
○ Collaborate with the marketing department to implement promotional strategies
and ensure smooth execution.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
○ Track and monitor individual and team performance through lead metrics and
conversion rates.
○ Submit weekly reports on lead counts, appointment outcomes, and team
progress.
○ Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement
action plans.
5. Quality Control:
○ Conduct spot checks and audits to ensure consistent quality and
professionalism.
