What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Technician position at aspenhome/Furniture Values Int'l, LLC?
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report to and take direction from Maintenance Manager. * Maintain, repair and replace plumbing fixtures in all restrooms. * Capable of flushing out minor clogs in sewer lines. * Replace air conditioner filters through out office per the maintenance manager schedule times. * Repair cracks in production floor as needed * Be able to work on evap coolers when required i.e. replace motors, bearings, belts, pumps, and filters. * Repair and replacement of air hoses, air connectors, be able to blead excess water out of air lines. * Maintain oil/water from air compressors into proper containers for disposal. * Must be able to repair metal and wood structures in the facility. * Other tasks or duties as assigned by the Company
