Swim Instructor PT

In an exciting partnership with River East Elementary School (2351 1st Ave.), Asphalt Green is looking to hire experienced part-time swim instructors.

Instructors must be available to teach during our fixed swim instruction hours, Monday through Friday, from 3 PM to 6 PM. Pay rate is $24 per hour, with opportunities for professional development.

This is a unique chance to leverage your teaching and people skills to introduce individuals to the joys of swimming. All instructors will be trained in Asphalt Green’s unique curriculum and teaching methodology.

For those seeking additional hours, we have multiple locations and plenty of opportunities to expand your schedule, including afternoons and weekends at our Upper East Side and Battery Park City campuses.

Qualifications

Candidates should have previous experience teaching, coaching, or swimming competitively at the club, high school, or college level. All instructors must be available to work weekdays from 3 PM to 6 PM.
