- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tools and equipment.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly for resolution.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the asphalt industry required.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery or willingness to learn (training will be provided).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.

- Asphalt Foreman
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Must have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in asphalt paving.
- Equipment Operator
Operate heavy machinery such as pavers, loaders, and skid steers. Must have experience in safely operating and maintaining paving equipment.
- Lute Hand
Assist in smoothing and leveling asphalt during paving operations. Requires attention to detail, stamina, and teamwork.
- Shoveler
Handle asphalt by hand, ensuring even distribution and assisting the crew where needed. Physical strength and endurance are a must.
- Roller Operator
Operate rollers to compact asphalt, achieving the desired finish. Experience in compaction techniques and machinery operation required.
