Responsibilities to include:
- Working with sales and customers to effectively support crews on site.
- Scheduling crews and manpower to maximize efficiencies.
- Negotiations with vendors for ordering job materials.
- Inventory control.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and management.
- Control of Dailies Management and support. Work completed.
- Striping sub-contractors schedule and job completion.
Scheduling jobs with customers.
Will be instrumental in implementing new divisions of work to increase revenue. This could include in-house striping and creating a concrete division.
