We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily schedules for crews, equipment, and materials to meet project timelines.
- Communicate with project managers, foremen, and clients to ensure alignment on project requirements and updates.
- Monitor job progress and address operational challenges to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate records of job costs, time logs, and resource allocation.
- Assist with procurement and inventory management of materials and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Act as a liaison between field and office teams to streamline communication and problem-solving.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations coordination, preferably in the construction or paving industry.
- Previous experience in logistics, preferably in the construction or paving industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with asphalt paving processes and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly and handle high-pressure situations.
