Job Overview
As the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of field operations, including strategic planning, scheduling, project execution, and operational efficiency. You will play a key leadership role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and profitability while ensuring seamless collaboration across sales, estimating, and field execution teams. This role requires a strong leader with experience in commercial paving, construction operations, and project management.

Qualifications

- Deep knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality control in the commercial paving industry.
