What We Are Looking For :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Learning & Development Specialist to support our Learning and Development Team at Aspida. In this role, you will play a key part in organizing L&D program logistics and assist in updating learning resources and materials, ensuring that learning and training initiatives run smoothly and effectively across the organization. You will work closely with trainers, managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities, track progress, and help maintain a culture of continuous learning. This role reports to the Senior Director, Learning & Development and is required to be onsite 3 days a week at our Durham, NC headquarters.
What You Will Do :
- Assist in organizing and coordinating the scheduling, logistics, and administration of training programs.
- Assist in preparing, writing, updating, and disseminating training materials such as product documentation, process guides, FAQs, and technical resources, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for diverse audiences.
- Own and maintain the information architecture within our current platform.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather and validate information, ensuring that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Support and coordinate with the L&D team on overall development of media with the goal of continuously improving learning initiatives.
- Lead projects related to rollout of internal and external training videos including script writing / revisions, vendor communications, collaboration with SME team, and rollout.
- Collect feedback from participants after training sessions to evaluate program success, assisting with identifying areas for improvement.
Review and provide feedback on an as-needed basis on additional training content designed
