What We Are Looking For :

This role is responsible for designing applications and providing solutions while working closely with technical teams to define system architecture, configurations, and development processes. The Application Services team supports admin platforms, configurable systems, secure data transport, customer service software, customer communication management services, and bank channel clearing and settlement services. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing architecture, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and work well in a team environment. This includes developing an application status monitoring tool for all applications within the App Services portfolio. The developer will collaborate with other developers to define monitoring parameters, create APIs and data feeds, design user interfaces to display statistics, and automate the entire process. This position reports to the Application Development Manager and is based in Durham, NC.

What You Will Do :

• Collaborate with developers to define application monitoring data parameters
• Prepare the design document to automate the monitoring process
• Develop the APIs and data feeds to collect system performance data
• Design and build the user interface to display application performance data
• Coordinate with product owners and other IT team members for the testing and deployment of the tool

Provide documentation needed to maintain and support the monitoring automation process
