What we are looking for:
Aspire365 is actively seeking Adolescent Support Coach to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is a Part time position. We are looking for someone to work 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Help clients build trust, as well as, open and honest communication, share life experiences of recovery
- Responsible for scheduling own appointments with the client according to client’s schedule
- Engage and participate with client in replacement activities
- Work with the client and their Guardian(s) to complete treatment goals and tasks set by the Addiction Psychiatrist, Nurse and Therapist
- Coordinate with Parents or Guardians to establish trust and encourage care
- Communicate to the Recovery Team and Program Coordinator any non-compliance, behavior changes, issues or incidents either witnessed or communicated
- Takes client to group meetings (When applicable)
- Provide client with support via phone or text on days there is not a face-to-face contact
- Complete any documentation required by Aspire365 or the Recovery Support Team
Qualifications:
- HIPAA Compliance
- Knowledge of State professional and ethical guidelines
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, motivate clients and resolve problems
- Minimum of 10 hours available per month
- Evening and Weekend Availability
- Meet with client in the client’s home throughout the 12-month program
- Remote Meeting Proficiency
- Ability to coordinate with parents or Guardians of clients in a clear way
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
- Complete Recovery Coach Trainings
- Maintain state requirements
- Currently maintaining sobriety (minimum of 2 years)
- Must be a Certified Life Coach or Certified Peer Support
