What we are looking for:
Aspire365 is actively seeking Nutritionist/ Health Coach to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is a contracted position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Completes nutritional assessments for high-risk clients and develop individualized goals for patients that need dietary intervention
- Provides therapeutic interventions for high-risk individuals with medical conditions/ mental health conditions as determined by the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Maintain a caseload of health coaching and life coaching clients
- Development of Educational Materials and Facilitate groups: Create professional resources, such as handouts and clinical guides, tailored to educating patients on managing specific medical conditions through diet.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nutritionist or Health Coach
Requirements:
- One year of Nutrition counseling preferred
- Experience with working in a clinical setting
- An ability to work with at risk populations including those with eating disorders
