What are the responsibilities and job description for the High-Speed Manufacturing Expert position at Aspire Bakeries?
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues in production machinery, conveyor systems, motors, and other equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical components to reduce downtime and ensure smooth operation.
- Repair and replace faulty electrical components such as fuses, circuit breakers, relays, switches, and wiring.
- Ensure all electrical systems comply with regulatory standards, including food safety requirements.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints & schematics.
- Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase components.
- PLC's - connect to and understand ladder logic, being able to make adjustments to logic as required.
- Motor troubleshooting and diagnostics - identify defects and repair.
- Understand and troubleshoot electrical safety circuits.
