What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Advocate position at Aspire Caregiving?
Aspire Caregiving is opening in central Oregon! Aspire has been proud to serve seniors in Oregon for over a decade. We are excited to now be serving the seniors of central Oregon. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and exited by growth.
Job duties for this position include:
Office assistance: Assist with employee onboarding, including interviewing orientation, and paperwork. Assist with reception and scheduling. Answer and documenting calls and schedule changes.
Being a mentor for our caregivers: assisting with training, supervising, guidance and coaching. Keeping up to date with all needed paperwork and documentation.
Bringing on new clients: This includes conducting needs assessments, following up with prospects/clients, taking calls.
Assisting current clients: Conducting quarterly assessments, following up with concerns and change of care needs, keeping up to date with all needed documentation and paperwork.
Position also requires filling in for care visits when there are open visits. Must be comfortable with all skill needs and care need of individuals.
