Job Title: In-Home Female Caregiver

Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dependable individuals to join our caregiving team in Medford. As a caregiver, you will assist clients with daily activities, provide personal care, and ensure their overall well-being. This position also involves light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and communicating with family members about clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Assist with mobility and transfers using tools like gait belts, Hoyer lifts, or slide boards
• Ensure the safety and comfort of clients while adhering to proper caregiving procedures
• Care for clients with conditions such as dementia
• Manage clean-ups after accidents (e.g., bed baths, sheet changes, vomit cleanup)
• Provide transportation to clients when needed
• Communicate with family members about the health and needs of clients

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving or personal care (preferred but not required)
• Ability to assist with client mobility and perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 30 pounds, getting on the floor)
• Must be over 18 with a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance in the caregiver’s name
• CNA license (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Ability to commit to a schedule with availability for shifts (no guaranteed hours)
• No call-offs for the first 90 days unless approved by management with a verifiable reason
