Caregivers Needed – Aspire Caregiving (Grants Pass, OR)

Aspire Caregiving is looking for dedicated, reliable, and compassionate Weekend Caregivers for our Memory Care facility in Grants Pass, OR. If you have a genuine heart for helping others, we want you on our team! Whether you have caregiving experience or are eager to learn, we are willing to train the right person who has the dedication and passion for supporting our clients.

Position Details:

• Location: Grants Pass, OR
• Shifts: Weekend availability (Full-time or Part-time)
• Salary: Starting at $17 per hour

Job Duties:

• Provide personal care for clients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Help with pet care and running errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Memory care assistance for clients with cognitive impairments

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to speak and communicate in English clearly
• Good personal hygiene and appearance
• Dependable and reliable with a genuine desire to care for clients
• Willingness to learn and receive training (with or without prior caregiving experience)
• Must pass drug test, background check, and assessment before starting

Training and Assessment:

• We provide full training for the right candidate, so previous caregiving experience is not required.
• Training assessments are held on-site at our Medford office every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM.
• Expect a call within the week after submitting your application.
