In-Home Caregiver Needed - Immediate Start
We are looking for compassionate and experienced In-Home Caregivers to join our team and provide exceptional care to clients in their homes. We offer a supportive and caring environment where your skills and kindness will make a meaningful difference.
Available Shifts:
- 8am - 12pm
- 1pm - 5pm
- 6pm - 10pm
This position is open to both male and female candidates who have a strong background in providing high-level care.
Starting Rate: $17/hour
Location: Grants Pass
Availability: Immediate start
Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping and light cleaning (including cleaning the cat box)
- Assisting clients with personal care, including showers, brief changes, and toileting
- Providing bed baths and sheet changes while clients are in bed
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed
- Cleaning up messes, including BM, vomit, and other accidents
- Communicating with family members regarding the client’s health and daily needs
- Offering companionship and assisting with everyday activities
What We Need From You:
- High level of caregiving experience, preferably with elderly or special needs clients
- A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current car insurance (for transporting clients when necessary)
- Ability to assist with housekeeping and provide personal care to clients
- Must be fluent in English
- No issues with tardiness or no-shows (reliable and punctual)
- A genuine concern for the well-being of clients and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and their families
- Immediate availability to start working
