Aspire Caregiving is actively seeking In-Home Caregivers in Ashland, OR to provide quality care and support to individuals in the comfort of their homes. Position: In-Home Caregiver
Location: Ashland, OR
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time, flexible hours
Salary: Starting at $17/hour
Job Duties Include:
- Housekeeping and light cleaning
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Pet care and assistance
- Running errands for clients
- Personal care assistance
- Companionship and emotional support
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance to provide transportation when needed
- Must have clear communication skills in English
- Must have good personal hygiene
- Must be reliable, dependable, and possess genuine care for the client’s well-being
- No prior professional caregiving experience required – we will train the right individual
- Willing to pass a background check, drug test, and skills assessment
- Must be available for on-site training assessment at our Medford office, Tuesday or Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM
