What You'll Do:

• Housekeeping and light cleaning
• Cooking and meal preparation
• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Errands and providing transportation to clients (must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance)
• Providing companionship and emotional support

What We Need from You:

• Must be over 18 years old
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional) OR a career shifter with a passion for making a difference (no experience necessary!)
• Reliable and dependable with no attendance issues
• Fluent in English – excellent communication skills are a must
• Good personal hygiene
• Must be able to attend a training assessment on-site at our Medford office (either Tuesday or Thursday, 9am to 4pm)
• Able to pass a drug test, background check, and training assessment
