Aspire Caregiving, a new company in Bend with over 15 years of experience in Oregon, is seeking compassionate and reliable in-home caregivers to join our team. We provide a variety of services to clients who need support with daily activities in their homes. If you are dedicated to helping others and have a genuine care for clients, we would love to hear from you!
Job Duties:
- Light housekeeping and cleaning, including cleaning the cat box
- Running errands for clients as needed
- Assisting with personal care, including showers and brief changes
- Helping with toileting and cleaning up messes (e.g., BM, vomit)
- Bed baths and changing sheets while clients are in bed
- Meal preparation
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Communicating with family members about clients' health and needs
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
Job Requirements:
- Must be OVER 18 years old
- At least 1 year of experience in personal or professional caregiving (required)
- Must speak and communicate in English very well
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance to transport clients as needed
- Must have OPEN availability (both full-time and part-time positions available)
- Reliable, dependable, and genuinely caring for clients
- Good personal hygiene
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must submit employment and client references to demonstrate reliability and consistency
- Ability to start orientation on Wednesday, March 5, 2025
