Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing relationships, and driving growth in an established territory. The role involves engaging with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and medical facilities to promote our premium services. Your success will be largely determined by your ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships, drive sales leads, and represent our brand with integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including healthcare professionals, eldercare facilities, senior living communities, and medical offices.
- Utilize marketing tools and materials to effectively promote our non-medical in-home care services.
- Generate leads, convert inquiries into sales, and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Increase awareness of our services by presenting to physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other community professionals.
- Position our brand as the premier choice for in-home care, solving pain points for referral sources and potential clients.
- Work effectively within a team environment to share information and drive success.
Position Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales (preferably in healthcare or related industries).
- Sales Achievement: Must be in the top 20% of sales performers in your current or previous team, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to close deals and ask for business.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with a strong commitment to learning and achieving success.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and maintain a service-driven attitude.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in home healthcare or related industry.
- Familiarity with hospital and rehab discharge processes, Medicare services, and healthcare in-home settings.
- Public speaking experience and proficiency in persuasive, educational writing and presentations.
