Position: In-Home Caregiver
Location: Eugene, OR
Hourly Pay: Starting at $17 per hour
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregiver to join our team in Eugene, OR. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily activities such as housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, errands, and companionship, all while ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and tidy home
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning
- Run errands, including grocery shopping and transportation to appointments
- Provide companionship, offering social interaction and emotional support
- Ensure clients' safety and comfort at all times
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with active auto insurance
- Ability to provide transportation for clients when necessary
- At least 1 year of experience in personal or professional caregiving
- Must be fluent in English and communicate effectively
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Must be dependable, reliable, and genuinely care for clients
- Must pass a drug test, background check, and assessment prior to employment
Position Details:
- Full-time or Part-time (weekend availability preferred)
- Starting at $17 per hour
- Available to attend a training assessment at our Medford office (Tuesdays or Thursdays, 9 AM to 4 PM)
