Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support to clients
- Assist with housekeeping, cooking, and meal preparation
- Run errands and provide transportation for clients when needed
- Ensure client safety and well-being while maintaining their dignity and comfort
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
- Dependable and reliable, with a genuine care for clients
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Good personal hygiene and a professional appearance
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Willing to attend an on-site training assessment at our Medford office (Tuesday or Thursday, 9am-4pm)
No Experience? No Problem!
We’re open to individuals with no professional caregiving experience! If you have a kind heart and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide full training and support to help you succeed in your new role.

- Must pass a drug test, background check, and assessment before starting
- Submit your caregiver resume and answer all prescreening questions
