The ideal candidate will have a passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a commitment to providing high-quality services to children with Autism and other behavioral disorders.

Aspire Child & Family Services is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to support our team of Behavior Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a commitment to providing high-quality services to children with Autism and other behavioral disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct service to clients, including behavior plan implementation, data collection, and progress documentation.
- Assist the Training Director with new hire orientation and ongoing training efforts.
- Support up to four BCBAs with case oversight, behavior plan development, data analysis, and clinical needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current ABA research and BACB task list items.
Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in or have completed a master's degree in ABA.
- At least one year of experience working in the field of ABA.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and organizational abilities.
- Able to provide positive and coaching feedback.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Knowledge of the philosophy and mission of the organization.
- Must have an automobile, current driver's license, and clear driving record check.
