Job Description:
Aspire Child & Family Services is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to support our team of Behavior Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a commitment to providing high-quality services to children with Autism and other behavioral disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct service to clients, including behavior plan implementation, data collection, and progress documentation.
  • Assist the Training Director with new hire orientation and ongoing training efforts.
  • Support up to four BCBAs with case oversight, behavior plan development, data analysis, and clinical needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of current ABA research and BACB task list items.

Requirements:
  • Must be enrolled in or have completed a master's degree in ABA.
  • At least one year of experience working in the field of ABA.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Able to provide positive and coaching feedback.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Knowledge of the philosophy and mission of the organization.
  • Must have an automobile, current driver's license, and clear driving record check.
