About the Role:
As a Program Coordinator at Aspire Child & Family Services, you will play a critical role in supporting our team of Behavior Consultants. You will work closely with our Training Director to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing training of new hires. Additionally, you will provide direct service to clients, assist with case oversight, and support up-to-four BCBAs with clinical needs.

As a Program Coordinator at Aspire Child & Family Services, you will play a critical role in supporting our team of Behavior Consultants. You will work closely with our Training Director to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing training of new hires. Additionally, you will provide direct service to clients, assist with case oversight, and support up-to-four BCBAs with clinical needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 direct service as a BHT for a small caseload (approx. 15 hours per week), including behavior plan implementation, data collection, and progress documentation.
- Assist the Training Director with new hire orientation and ongoing training efforts.
- Support up to four BCBAs with case oversight, behavior plan development, data analysis, and clinical needs.
- Keep records, according to requirements of the BACB, of supervision hours and covered topics.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in or have completed a master's degree in ABA.
- At least one year of experience working in the field of ABA.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and organizational abilities.
- Able to provide positive and coaching feedback.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Knowledge of the philosophy and mission of the organization.
- Must have an automobile, current driver's license, and clear driving record check.
