About the Role:


As a Director focused on leasing and sales, you’ll collaborate with Aspire’s associates and analysts to manage transactions from initial outreach through closing. You’ll act as both a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to junior brokers, guiding landlords through negotiations, lease agreements, and investment sales.

Beyond deal execution, this role emphasizes building long-term client partnerships, enhancing Aspire’s brand presence through industry engagement, and developing your personal brand. You’ll deliver data-backed, value-driven services that elevate client portfolios and strengthen Aspire’s position in the Houston market.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Complex Transactions

  • Originate, negotiate, and close high-value office leasing and sales engagements.
  • Manage deals from initial outreach through lease and sale execution.

Market Specialization & Thought Leadership

  • Stay current on Houston’s market trends, submarket developments, and emerging opportunities in your specialized sector.
  • Leverage your expertise to guide client strategies and position properties for maximum leasing and sale success.

Relationship Building

  • Cultivate trust-based relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.

Trusted Advisory

  • Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to help landlords position their properties for success.

Client Reporting

  • Work with Aspire’s associates and analysts to deliver regular leasing updates and activity reports to clients.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create compelling materials and proposals.
  • Mentor junior brokers, sharing best practices to elevate team performance and close deals.

Brand Enhancement & Outreach

  • Actively engage on social media, industry panels, and community events to build Aspire’s brand and your own professional presence.


Qualifications:


Proven Track Record

  • A minimum of five (5) years of success in leasing and/or sales in either retail, industrial, or office, including experience with complex negotiations and independent client management.

Licensing & Education

  • Texas Real Estate Salesperson License required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Mastery of lease and sale structures, Houston market knowledge, and transaction execution in either retail, industrial or office.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, market research tools, and Microsoft Office suite.

Communication & Negotiation

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to convey insights and advocate for client interests in high-stakes negotiations.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM systems, social media platforms, and industry-standard CRE tools like Costar, LoopNet, and Crexi.
