What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Personnel position at Aspire Developmental Services?
As an essential worker, the Direct Care Staff member will work full or part-time; or on an as needed basis under the supervision of the Service Coordinator. Working with developmentally disabled, physically disabled, mentally ill, or geriatric adults.
Direct Care Staff members will receive training both in the home/agency and from outside sources.
They will work under the guidelines for providing services in a less restrictive setting i.e., supported living and or adult day habilitation. Direct Care Staff member will be expected to act in a responsible respectable manner when working in the home and or company in the community, ensuring the health and safety of the people being cared for.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
