About the Role
This position requires a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in overseeing and executing key projects within our insurance organization. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction. This position will be heavily focused on all IT / Data projects & IT / Data team management. This individual will set timelines, prioritize all IT projects, and delegate assignments accordingly to the IT team. This position will work closely with our Project Management team to coordinate projects properly.
What you'll do
Project Planning and Execution :
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead project teams in the execution of tasks and deliverables.
- Provide clear communication to the corresponding business unit or IT lead of the project.
- Provide clear communication to the corresponding developer of the project.
- Monitor and control project activities to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
