About the Role :
Under the direction of the VP of Operations, the Office Coordinator will oversee a variety of office tasks and projects. The ideal team member for this role will be fast paced, energetic, and have a positive attitude. The Office Coordinator possesses a high knowledge of multimedia and device management. Must be able to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner and is readily available to help move equipment around the office, assist employees with any questions, technical issues, and other duties assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage office equipment and inventory.
- Coordinate and manage in office presence
- Managing equipment setup for our in-house or remote employees.
- Moving equipment around the office
- Experienced in device management.
- Knowledge of Windows and Apple products.
- Managing supply orders.
- Provide assistance and support for incoming queries related to systems, hardware, or software.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support.
- Work with the IT team to manage employee hardware.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Organizing lunches, dinners, and other company events
- Other duties as assigned.
