About the role

  • Under the direction of the VP of Operations, the Office Coordinator will oversee a variety of office tasks and projects. The ideal team member for this role will be fast-paced, energetic, and have a positive attitude. The Office Coordinator possesses a high knowledge of multimedia and device management. Must be able to multitask and complete projects promptly. The Coordinator is readily available to help move equipment around the office and assist employees with any questions, technical issues, and other duties assigned.

What you'll do

  • Manage office equipment and inventory
  • Manage equipment setup for our in-house remote employees
  • Move equipment around the office
  • Manage supply orders
  • Provide assistance and support for incoming queries related to systems, hardware, or software
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
  • Work with the IT team to manage employee hardware
  • Regular and prompt attendance
  • Organizing lunches, dinners, and other company events
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • Experienced in device management
  • Knowledge of Windows and Apple products
  • Experienced with Windows 7 and above
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Driven independent learner, and self-starter
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
  • Working Conditions

  • This is a non-exempt position that complies with an alternative work schedule when applicable;
  • Required to work in office 5 days a week
  • This position may require mandatory overtime as deemed appropriate by management;
  • The office is that of a highly technical company supporting a paperless environment;
  • Local travel may be required;
  • Loading, unloading, or assisting in loading and unloading trucks.
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to occasionally lift and / or move up to 75 lbs.
  • The pay range for this role is :

    19 - 23 USD per hour(West Hills Office)
