About the Role:
Under the direction of the VP of Operations, the Office Coordinator will oversee a variety of office tasks and projects. The ideal team member for this role will be fast paced, energetic, and have a positive attitude. The Office Coordinator possesses a high knowledge of multimedia and device management. Must be able to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner and is readily available to help move equipment around the office, assist employees with any questions, technical issues, and other duties assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage office equipment and inventory.
· Coordinate and manage in office presence
· Managing equipment setup for our in-house or remote employees.
· Moving equipment around the office
· Experienced in device management.
· Knowledge of Windows and Apple products.
· Managing supply orders.
· Provide assistance and support for incoming queries related to systems, hardware, or software.
· Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support.
· Work with the IT team to manage employee hardware.
· Regular and prompt attendance.
· Organizing lunches, dinners, and other company events
· Other duties as assigned.
SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Windows 7 and above.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
· Analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Driven independent learner, and self-starter.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
· This is a non-exempt position which complies with an alternative work schedule when applicable.
· Required to work in the office 5 days a week – West Hills location
· This position may require mandatory overtime as deemed appropriate by management.
· The office is that of a highly technical company supporting a paperless environment.
· Local travel may be required.
· Loading, unloading, or assisting in loading and unloading trucks.
· The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to occasionally lift and/or move up to75lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
