The Community-based, Mental Health Clinician provides clinical assessment, risk/safety planning, and treatment planning for adults with serious mental illness. The role is pivotal in leading the development of comprehensive, recovery-based services and coordinating a multi-disciplinary team to evaluate and enhance program services. Key responsibilities include providing clinical leadership for an assigned group of clients, coordinating and monitoring the activities of the individual treatment team, and assuming primary responsibility for the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of overall treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the team.
