Job Description
Under the direction of the ACCS Program Director the Lead Site Manager is responsible for management of a residential site which includes : supervision of Residential Rehabilitation Educators and / or Residential Rehabilitation Coordinators; monitoring staff trainings and job performance; fiscal management of individual and site funds; monitoring site budgets; addressing physical plant needs; is a liaison for service providers, family and guardians; monitors the physical and emotional well-being of individuals and ensures quality of individual treatment. On-call responsibilities for designated site(s) throughout the week and alternating weekends for the network. Completes clinical documentation in an electronic health record. Requires valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle to attend off-site meetings and provide client transportation as needed. Will ensure all staff attend and complete cultural competency training as well as attend live training events on special populations to supplement trainings.
Lead Responsibilities Include :
- Facilitating regular group supervision for Site Managers
- Working with program leadership, oversees management processes and protocols that include operational, client, and staff policies
- Supporting staff with individual supervision when needed
- Participating in interviewing and hiring with the program leadership
- Supporting program leadership with onboarding new Site Managers including orientation, shadowing, and providing mentorship for new Site Manager's.
- Under the direction of the program leadership, and in collaboration with training staff, develops and conducts trainings for staff at all levels
