Position Overview: As the Director of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and effectively communicating our value propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, referral sources, and community partners
- Communicate value propositions effectively to various stakeholders
- Utilize your extensive network to drive sales efforts and establish new business opportunities
- Assist with planning and executing digital marketing initiatives to increase traffic and generate leads
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports on a weekly basis
- Assist with assessments and intakes as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Active book of business in medical, home health, or home care sales
- Proven track record of closing sales and achieving targets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and complete work within deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, scheduling systems, and healthcare industry-related software
- Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check

Salary : $96,000 - $150,000
