Title: Landscape Crew Leader
Description:
Aspire Landscape Group is a high-end residential landscape construction and Maintenance company. We work with talented landscape architects and luxury builders in Maryland and Delaware Beaches. Aspire holds a strong focus on quality: focusing on quality craftsmanship, quality client relationships, and quality trade partners. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced candidate to fill a role as a Landscape Crew Leader. The ideal candidate will be a strong team leader and have a passion for building and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. We are looking for a candidate who wants to join a company in which they can grow.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to supervise and lead install crew to stay on schedule and maintain high quality standards
- Communicate with management of job updates
- Review, understand, and interpret construction blueprints.
- Accurately fill out work orders to record job expenses and hours
Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 1 - 2 years in landscaping
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicator
- A team player with good leadership
- Drivers License with clean driving record
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
