Aspire Landscape Group is a high-end residential landscape construction and Maintenance company. We work with talented landscape architects and luxury builders in Maryland and Delaware Beaches. Aspire holds a strong focus on quality: focusing on quality craftmanship, quality client relationships, and quality trade partners. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced candidate to fill a role as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for building and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. We are looking for a candidate who wants to join a company in which they can grow.
Role:
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for supervising projects, managing crews, fostering client relationships, and maintaining high quality landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple high-end residential landscape construction projects at a time.
- Review, understand, and interpret construction blueprints.
- Manage multiple maintenance accounts to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Communicate schedule and all necessary updates with client to ensure they are informed and satisfied.
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure work is being performed properly, invoiced correctly, and completed on schedule.
- Effectively scheduling resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials with attention to budgeting.
- Managing crew foreman to ensure that craftmanship is being performed safely, efficiently, and to quality of company standards.
- Training of best practices and company standards with field personnel
- Obtain receipts and work orders from crews and turn into office.
- Accuratley track and record job expenses and hours
- Perform final walkthroughs to ensure all projects are completed per scope of work.
- Ensure pre and post maintenance checks of equipment are being completed.
- Moving machinery and materials to and from jobsites as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 4 years of field experience or at least 1 year of proven experience as a Project Manager
- Vast knowledge of the landscaping industry, procedures, and materials
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicator
- A team player with good leadership
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office (i.e Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Drivers License with clean driving record
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
