Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Real Estate & Estate Planning Attorney with 5-7 years of practice to lead a small legal support team and contribute to the firm's financial and operational goals. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with the ability to manage legal processes efficiently and support the firm’s strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:· Legal Representation:
Provide legal counsel and handle matters related to real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, elder care planning, and land trusts.
· Client Consultation & Strategy:
Conduct client consultations, assess needs, and develop tailored legal strategies and plan designs to achieve client objectives.
· Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a small team, overseeing workload management, task delegation, and productivity.
· Case Management:
Oversee legal processes from intake to completion, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
· Document Preparation:
Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Operational Support:
Participate in internal leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning and process improvements.
· Process Development:
Assist in refining legal templates, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
· No Business Development Required:
This position does not require bringing in a book of business, client acquisition, or participating in external marketing efforts. The focus is on delivering exceptional legal services and managing the existing client base.
Qualifications:· Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
· Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
· 5-7 years in real estate, estate planning, probate, and elder care planning law, with leadership experience managing a small legal team.
· Familiarity with legal practice management and document automation tools.
· Proven ability to lead a team, manage projects, and contribute to a positive work environment.
