Aspire Mortgage Advisors is looking for a leader, a driver, and one who has a huge heart to care for our clients as a SR Mortgage Processor! We have been in Plano, Texas, since 1999 helping families with purchases, refinances, and cash out of their homes! Yes, we lend money for a living as a mortgage Brokerage; however, we see it as we are here to serve our clients while helping finance their family home. We are a fast-growing mortgage Brokerage, and this is who we are looking for:
*A teammate with a high sense of urgency who can multitask a pipeline of 15 loans a month
*A teammate with high-level communication skills to keep the loan officer, clients, realtors, and so on in the know
*A teammate who is a team player with a coachable mindset and looks consistently for ways to improve
*A teammate who builds out their day to be organized with a laser focus of being task oriented
*A teammate who has a high desire to communicate with branch loan officers and corporate employees in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
* We have our own in-house disclosure and set up team so we will NOT be asking you to wear those hats since we want you to be a specialist focused on processing vs how most mortgage companies want you to be a generalist wearing multiple hats.
*We also have our own in-house closing and funding team, so we will not be asking you to wear those hats since we want you to be a specialist focused on processing vs how most mortgage companies want you to be a generalist wearing multiple hats.
*Lastly, if you’re a SR Processor, then you won’t need me to list out each specific job role because you are an expert who knows her/his lane, right?

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
