Aspire of WNY is actively seeking a Full-Time Registered/Licensed Occupational Therapist Supervisor to lead the Occupational Therapy Department at the Center for Learning. The Center for Learning provides services to students with disabilities, ages three to 21 years old.

Pediatric and supervisory experience is preferred. Ideal candidates would possess additional skills in constructing splints/casting protocols, sensory processing disorders/sensory programs, adaptive equipment-seating and positioning as well as adapting items for student use and technology use specifically computer and iPad usage.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment among occupational therapy staff.
- Lead and coordinate staff in our clinical programs/services
- Oversight of adaptive equipment clinic
Required:
- Current registration and licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Salary: $63,300 – $85,000 annually
