Aspire of WNY has a full time Quality Analyst/Investigator position available.

This position would be responsible for conducting investigations of untoward incidents of Abuse/Neglect, Significant Incidents, Serious Notable Occurrences, Minor Notable Occurrences, or unusual incidents for all Aspire of WNY programs. Duties include writing investigation reports and conducting quality reviews.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in the principals of investigations and audits including analytical skills, interview skills, and excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years experience in OPWDD/Medicaid Audits, medical reviews, quality assurance/improvement or regulatory compliance
