Work in an EXCITING and MEANINGFUL field teaching children with developmental disabilities ages Pre-K to 21 years old at our Center for Learning in Cheektowaga, NY.
Responsibilities include assisting teachers & therapists in planning and preparing for the child’s independence, adjustment to new situations and preparation for new areas of learning along with personal hygiene care and meal feeding.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- NYS Teacher Assistant Certification or equivalent course work.
Hourly rate of pay: $17.20 – $17.43
