Your Role as an LPN (7a-3p):
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Supervise and support CNAs and other care team members
- Monitor resident conditions, report changes, and document care effectively
- Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and families
What You Bring:
- Current and active LPN License
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
