JOB SUMMARY
The Program Manager, Development and Communications will focus on managing donor relationships, securing new funding opportunities, and overseeing communication strategies to support Aspire LA's growth and impact.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Philanthropy, Fundraising and Grant Writing
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies and campaigns that align with Aspire LA's institutional goals.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations to build a robust network of support.
- Develop innovative fundraising initiatives to diversify revenue streams and attract new donors.
- Create and coordinate a calendar of one-time and recurring fundraising events, donor appreciation initiatives, and annual giving programs.
- Research, write and submit grant proposals to secure funding that advances Aspire LA's mission and increases student growth and achievement.
- Manage grant reporting, compliance and monitoring to meet the requirements of funding agencies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop budgets and narratives for grant applications.

Compensation for years of experience in the role- $90,000- $115,000
