Aspire Regional Partners a leading provider of Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living Communities throughout the state of Ohio is current seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Regional Director of Operations for our Southwest Ohio Region.
Aspire Regional Partners is a healthcare organization whose footprint spans from Northeast to Southwest Ohio. We are currently seeking a senior level executive to support the company's mission, vision and commitment to innovative provision of quality of care and services within our Northeast Ohio Market.
Ideal candidate will possess a proven track record related to fiscal/budgetary management, proficient knowledge base regarding both state and federal regulations, proven ability to build and lead teams, as well as be a self-driven, highly motivated and energetic individual. Detailed Oriented is a Must! Prior Multi-Facility Management preferred but not required. Travel and overnights required.
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Responsible for Administrator/Executive Director Orientation and Transition
- Assist in Fiscal Management of Facilities/Communities
- Assist in Development and Maintenance of Facility Budget Plans
- Monitoring and Maintaining Facility Regulatory Compliance (State/Federal)
- Assist in Census Development and Strategic Panning
- Provide senior leadership and strategic direction for the region
- Manage and oversee all aspects of regional operations, including business development, operations management, and project management
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional goals and objective
- Lead and motivate a team of managers and staff to ensure high performance and productivity
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Monitor regional performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Directly reports to Vice President of Operations
