Position: Health Unit Coordinator
Department: Med Surg/Acute Care
Location: Marlette, MI
Hours: Full-Time, 36 hours/week
Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator. We are looking for those who have a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patient.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Health Unit Coordinator preferred.
- Competency Evaluated Nursing Assistant (CENA) required.
- Experience as a Health Unit Coordinator/Ward Clerk or as a CENA preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates and facilitates the management of information relating to patients, families, staff, physicians, ancillary services and the public. Works collaboratively with all members of the health team utilizing excellent interpersonal skills.
