OPEN POSITION:
Position: System Analyst
Department: IT
Location: Cass City, MI
Hours: Full Time. Days. No Holidays. Full Benefits.
Assumes the responsibility for installing and maintaining computer hardware and software systems. Provides solutions to end users and recommendations to improve IT workflows. Monitors and configures networking equipment and ensures the security of IT infrastructure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required;
- Experienced in technical operation, VEEAM, troubleshooting, and windows server;
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and follow through to ensure completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include educating patients about their insurance coverage and asking for payment.
- Implement and support server systems and software.
- Provide computer peripheral support for end user computers and servers.
- Maintains the LAN/WAN environment.
- Manage spam, viruses, and web filtering.
- Manage user education and trains users on security threats.
- Sets up accounts and workstations.
- Ensures all IT equipment complies with the industry standards.
- Protects the organization’s integrity by keeping information confidential.
- Assists in the development of annual and long-range plans for system needs and budgeting purposes for the department.
